Stitch Update

Well I have been busy with my needle and counted stitches. In the picture you can see I'm ready to add some fabric pieces to my Stacy Nash primitive sewing roll. Emma's Pony sewing roll is the pattern. I love her patterns. I stitched it on prairie cloth. Great for the prim look. Also, my Irish sampler over dyed with tea and vanilla then baked. Also a prim little pincushion front that needs to be completed. I am starting another prim Stacy Nash tomorrow. It will be on prairie cloth too. This will be a busy weekend coming up, but I hope to get in the studio for awhile. I need to get some items finished up for ebay. I have been neglecting that area and I want to do better at that.
I'm also being overwhelmed with the urge to paint. My friend at Tolentreasures (link on my side bar) is so inspiring and her work is so beautiful ... well ... I just want to paint something. The pieces she's been doing for her grandbaby's play room are incredibly darling. When I get to spread out in the studio (garage finishing in the way) I will paint for sure. Does anyone else feel like they want to do everything and there isn't enough time in a day.
I've been shopping and purchased some bargains and some new supplies. Great new brushes, flats, shaders, rounds and liners. I have a wonderful whole new supply now. I even got a new brush tank and palletts. It's all there to start out fresh. I'm off to stitch and then hit the sack.
Hello to my teammate who flew away to her sunny vacation. Hope all is well and you are enjoying the climate. Maybe the sun will bake fresh ideas into your brain this month. Hug to all. :o) P

Thanks so much for the kind words. I, too am hooked on stitching though. Such a winter thing for me. I want to sit in the recliner too much!
Good Luck on the painting, can't wait to see what you do.

Look at those stitcherys!! Wow, you have been busy, love it. We are enjoying the climate, but it has been cloudy, rainy and cool. In the 70's, won't complain though as I know it has been cold there.
Luv Ya, Bren
