This picture is what has put a choke hold on DC. It's the most irratating black dust. If you weren't in the main hit, it has managed to drift in, track in and just make life a dirty mess here.
There is a town meeting tonight and tomorrow Hazmat is going to hold a meeting. This graphite is like the dust toner you take out of copiers. It's awful.
