Spooky Garland

Well I missed "What ya Working On Wednesday". So I've decided to share a finished project of my stenciled garland. I cut muslin fabric into triangles and used adhesive stencils for t-shirts. I stenciled with acrylic paint with a fabric paint product mixed in. I then hand stitched around the triangles with orange embroidery floss and sewed on a cute ribbon I had picked up at a craft store. The ribbon is black with orange stitching. It was a very simple project but fun and simple. I didn't have a pattern, I saw one of these that a friend had purchased, so I made one. I kind of wish I would have used orange fabric now. Anyway it's up and it's fun to look at. I have my treats ready to go for Friday evening, and I'm sending a Happy Halloween to all. :o) P Don't forget my give-away below.

Looks like you are all ready for tonight - Happy Halloween!
We are off to a 'black tie and champagne' Silver Wedding party - so no spooks and witches for us (hopefully).
Thank you for your lovely comments about my woodblock.
Love Linda x
